A Little Bit of Christmas Cheer...

Early in the week we finally got our tree fixed, and up in the living room. :) I can't help but smile at my children as they hang ornaments. Haley gets SO EXCITED at every ornament. And I quote..."Oh I am SO putting THIS one up". She said that at LEAST 4 times. Love it. :) Here they are very proud in front of the tree that they have just decorated...

If you look real closely, you can see that Ross just arrived from work and is in the window smiling at us. Or you can not look real close, because I cropped it for you. ;)

Every year Haley wants to make a Gingerbread House, and I am always forgetting. This year I saw a kit for $7 and thought it would be a fun project for after school. I was right. :)

I just told Davis he couldn't eat all of the candy...

Check out the wreath...too cute....

And we had to make a Christmas tree with 'star' on top. Please note, none of these were my ideas...I was simply the frosting applier. :)

Here's Davis realizing that those little jaw breakers really DO hurt your teeth, lol.

God Bless Wilton for making this little kit. :) I made my children happy, and I didn't have to spend hours trying to help them, or get things prepared. Sometimes it's the little things that make Christmas fun. Don't be ashamed to buy a kit...it's okay, I swear. Nope, it's not perfect...but my children were all smiles for the rest of the evening.

Haley is so cute and Davis.. well, he's just raging testosterone, LOL.

I have one of those kits put aside for next Monday. Figured the little kids could have fun while the big kid was having surgery *EEK*

Ok, weird. The other night I looked and looked and never did see Ross looking through the window, but now, there he is.
Kind of disturbing to see a face appear that way
